Limited Warranty Information
XtremeMac warrants their products against defects in material or manufacture for 2 years in the European Union and 1 year in Japan, from the date of original purchase. If any defect shall appear within this time it will be repaired, replaced or the purchase price will be refunded. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident. XtremeMac will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. This warranty does not affect your other rights.
